Eurovisions: Kaleidoscopes of European Art in China

Songzhuang Contemporary Art Archive Museum is pleased to announce the upcoming premiere of the significant exhibition “Eurovisions: A Kaleidoscope of European Art in China”. This momentous event, hosted in collaboration with the esteemed Pashmin Art Consortia, will grace our museum from May 24, 2024 to June 24, 2024.

The opening ceremony took place on May 24 at 2pm. Located in the vibrant Songzhuang Art District in the heart of Beijing’s Tongzhou district, this exhibition will captivate and inspire visitors from near and far.

29 artists from different countries will exhibit more than 200 artworks in this large-scale exhibition. Eurovisions is an enchanting journey that interweaves Europe’s diverse artistic heritage with China’s vibrant art scene.

With a captivating array of artworks covering a variety of cultures, styles and visions of the European continent, this exhibition will celebrate the brilliance of European art and highlight the beauty of cross-cultural connections.

Curated by Nour Nouri (Director of Pashmin Art Consortia) and Kenny Gu, the exhibition “Eurovisions” will showcase the diverse talents of European artists together with co-curators from Germany, China and the United States. Co-curators Dr. Davood Khazaie, Hu Bing Quan and Farhad Radfar (Director of MIR Appraisal) have used their curatorial expertise to put together an eclectic collection that transcends geographical boundaries.
